Was passing by and ended up purchasing a birthday gift for my mum. Sabira and Katherine took care of us so much! They were so welcoming and greeted us with a smile. They were ahmazing. Customer service 11/10. Made us feel so comfortable when deciding on which bag to pick out. Very happy customers and will definitely be popping by again! :)

Very poor customer experience in here today. I came to the coach store yesterday and ask them if I can repair my coach product(I purchased my product within two and half months), two of their stuff said yes. I then bring my product today and ask for repair(I wait for long time here). The store manager rejects me and give me many unacceptable reason. According to the coach policy, they should provide repair if their customer purchased it within 1 year. But they broken it by themselves. The store manager decision negatively affect its brand image. This is my first Coach product and I promise that I will never but coach product in my life. Also, I will never recommend my friends to purchase coach product. I have many Burberry product and their customer service is much better than coach. Burberry also offer excellent repair policy. I just want to try coach product but unfortunately their service push me away from them.
