Amazing salon with brilliant stylists! Best colour and cut I've ever had!!! Friendly and efficient - would 100% recommend and I have done to friends and family already. Can't wait to go back! I booked through Groupon - would highly recommend to do the same. I was aware of the 20 surcharge for long hair prior to the appointment and was also informed of this at the start of the appointment. Don't listen or pay attention to other people's negative reviews. I had 2 people blow drying my hair and felt extremely pampered - I thought it was great!!! So the other woman's review is silly and irrelevant ;) the staff were extremely friendly and paid a lot of attention to me - they also kept complimenting my hair and made me feel extremely special. The girls that washed my hair were great and no I did not have a headache or sore scalp afterwards from the bleach, washing or hair-drying LOL. Services: Hair coloring, Hairstyling, Hair highlighting

Thought i would try this salon again as first experience wasnt too great and was left waiting for over an hour to get my hair dried and cut after colouring - so went again as a reviewer and unfortunately had same experience!!! was informed a couple of times of the price which i agreed to and then when it was time to actually colour hair they added and extra amount onto the price using some excuse as they had done before so after questioning i agreed again and was left waiting again an unacceptable amount of time - i consider Hadley Wood area to have a certain standard they do not match this standard - a lot of going out for their breaks smoking outside and leaving g their customers waiting. I would not attempt to go there again or recommend to anyone, if the cut and colour had been worth it the review wouldnt be so bad but has left my hair in a bad condition and the cut was very choppy !!! I bought a Groupon voucher and was super happy with my purchase! I had Alex do my hair and she was amazing. The voucher states youll have a 15 surcharge for hair over shoulder length (fair enough) and Alex clarified that to me before going ahead which I appreciated. My hair is alive again! The shade of blonde is gorgeous, haircut was fab and Im not a fan of a blow dry but Alex went for a different style blow dry and I loved it! I would 100% recommend this place. Clean, tidy, professional, with nice and communicative staff. I felt very well looked after and in good hands. Thank you. Services: Blowouts, Hair highlighting
