Linen cut my hair and nice hair style.the staff was very friendly.i left very happy and well use the service in this salon again.thank you!

After the stylist washed my hair, he picked up a brush with previous clients blonde hair stuck on it- arent they supposed to disinfect the combs/brushes after each client?! I asked him to change it but the second comb wasnt that much better. After the cut, I got a blow dry, he was repeatedly PULLING my hair so much, never ever going back! Services: Blowdry, Hairstyling

I am a regular client at hws hair salon for a long time now . The first time I did my hair was on November 2021 . And the first time it was good and what I asked for was blond . I started suggesting it to every friend . The second time an Italian guy messed up my hair . Then they offered me another appointment when they bleached my hair again and damaged my hair . I came for the fourth time when I had to do my roots and they messed up again and my hair was different colours . And they did the same thing and booked another appointment to fix them even tho they wasnt even fixing it but was making it worse . I left my hair 6 months without dying it because they damage it so much . Then I went and told them that Ive had enough of messing up my hair and said if they can not do it properly to tell me not to encourage me that theyre professional and had years on that salon. And yes they messed up again and I went again for the second appointment to fix them and they did it grey . The problem is that Ive suggested to my friends as well and their hair is ruined from this salon . The salon is expensive to mess your hair. Im so disappointed because I trusted them but they be telling everyone the same lies when you can just say I cant do it and not doing even something close with what the client ask Service: Hair coloring
