        9 heat protectant leaked inside the bag. Checked the seal only to find that it was open. Not about to go all the way back to the shop for a replacement. Giving 3 stars as it's one of the few black hair shops in Harrow and for all I know, a customer could have opened it and put it back. Overall though, overpriced and very disappointing.
