I want to say a huge thank you to Artina. She did hair extensions for me a week ago, impeccable work, professional approach to work. My hair is natural color, I have never done color but Artina hungrily picked the color of hair extensions perfectly. And also did a treatment for my hair - it was divine... I have had the best service ever here at Art in London. The staff is so kind and super professional and would recommend everyone to join the family there. My hair is so gorgeous done I feel super comfortable and happy with the balayage came out so perfect! Love love my new hairdresser Ana!

I visited the hair salon to have my clip in hair in extensions cut. No issue with the cut, just the service and staff. When I called to book, the first employee didnt understand what I was asking so Melanie took over the call. It was obvious from her tone that the call had inconvenienced her by the way she spoke to me. Nevertheless, I proceeded to book and brushed it off as her being busy or something. I arrived in salon and it was obvious, they were not expecting me. They didnt know my name or time of my appointment despite a 4 day in advance booking. I had requested my cut with Artina & was informed someone else would do it. I could see Artina was busy with another client, but I insisted I booked with and waited for her. She cut my hair extensions dry all ok, nothing special took about 10 minutes and I was charged 50 for 1 inch off and a layer at the front. The justification for the price was due to them having to clip them in which they say, counts as full service. Fair enough, but still a bit steep. As I sat having my extensions clipped in by a nice stylist who chatted with me, another client asked if her extensions would be like mine, to which Artina said no, yours will be much better. I felt this was a bit distasteful. I know my clip extensions may not be comparable to the permanent ones the do in salon, but the comment was unneeded. Mid way through my cut, Artina showed the back of my hair before cutting a bit more. However she never showed me the final hair cut in the mirror once complete, which most do stylist out of courtesy. Whilst in salon I reminded the stylist twice I was also there for a colour consultation. Having read the positive reviews I was looking forward to having my colour done there in the future. Unfortunately, after my cut, I was rushed out of the salon without a colour consultation, which I must say I was slightly relieved about by that point. I also found it awkward that all the stylist spoke among themselves in their own language! Certainly expected better based on the reviews but not somewhere I will ever go again or recommend.
