Sadly had a bad experience with customer service. I was late so rescheduled my appointment and was told Id lose my deposit but I was later charged the whole cost. At the time their policy did not say this nor did the woman I spoke to but I got a call some time after and was told the original hairstylist I spoke to claims to never have said that and their policy has now changed. The woman I spoke to on the phone was also quite rude for no reason and interrupted me talking even though I being polite. Sadly seems a pattern of acc good cuts but terrible customer service and management

Curl Bar definitely know all about Curls & Coils! I had the best experience and give many thanks to Alba. I left feeling confident and the advice given on how to look after my curls was golden as well as the products recommended. I had the Curl Deluxe Treatment for Coily Hair and I was over the moon at how they made my curls look. I hadnt seen them like that in a very long time. I also went for quite a big chop / cut and Albas advice was super key - not too much overall taken off and a little bit of caution since I was going very short. I will definitely be back. This was my first curly cut: Alba and Nia made the whole process feel safe, seamless, and so much fun! Alba is multi-talented and fabulous! It is absolutely a safe, kind, and beautiful place to be, and Hijabi-friendly too!
