Hair Extensions

I havent actually been here yet. I called on Wednesday and was confirmed for a booking for Friday. Then on Wednesday night I replied to Carol with the length of extensions, as she requested, and thanked her for putting me into her schedule. She then replied to me on Friday with sorry I thought you had changed your mind, I didn't hear from you. Unfortunately we are now fully booked until 4th January. Pretty unprofessional to ignore the customers message and then blame it on the customer, leaving it until the last moment. This just made it a lot harder to get a booking at another salon in time. I wouldnt recommend this place to someone who expects a reliable and professional service.

This has been my hairdresser since I was 16. The owner Carol is very knowledgeable on both Afro-Caribbean and European hair.

The young stylist who did my hair (Shanai: update: she no longer works there) was polite and very friendly, I felt at ease from the first greeting. I had a weave with a closure; she braided my hair so gently I felt no pain at all, her install looked amazing and natural. Three stars because she has left.
