        Disgusting customer service!! The guy behind the counter was so hostile and uninterested, has no idea about customer service, prices or how to address enquires for a colour change, then insults me on top of it! Saying "it's not my business to know the prices". So I asked him are you a colourist to which he replied yes! So is he just RUDE and ARROGANT to new people?! I had my colour done at the Notting Hill branch with a wonderful lady, some years ago and it was great. This place well....the staff need rethinking! I won't be going back or recommending.
