Asked to dye my hair a brown colour but the result was the same as I arrived. Paid almost full price for pretty much nothing...

The staff are friendly enough, however the wait was very long and the hairstylist did not listen to my instructions. I asked for no "razoring" on my ends which she proceeded to do with the scissors which has resulted in immediate split ends the day after the cut. I also was explicit in my instructions to trim the current style and only cut layers framing my face. She repeated the instructions back to me, so I thought she understood. Instead, she chopped so much of my hair that is curls in all different directions and looks messy and unprofessional. She also seemed confused about a simple fringe cut and has cut only 1/2 of my fringe and much shorter than we discussed since curly hair shrinks as it dries. Initially I thought it did not look quite right because she used a round brush that was way too small for the style, and that it would look better once I did it myself. Do not go here if you have long, curly hair or if you want a professional looking cut. Service: Curly hair
