Melissa ( just hope Ive got her name right) was amazing professional and very nice. I went there for full head of highlights and a hair cut. I was so pleased with the results. It is expensive, but giving the fact that I only do my hair every 6 months its well worth it. Ive paid 272 for a medium-long hair highlights and a hair cut. I would definitely go back. I had an amazing short haircut by Emma last year and after some months and a longer break due to illness and other personal stuff I decided to go back and redo the style. Sadly, I could not book another appointment with her and the current stylist, Laura, not only was rude but completely butchered my hair... it is by far the worse hair cut I got in years (because I have travelled quite a bit and I tend to go to hair dresser in the city I currently live, I have some good and not that great experiences with different salons)... Hairdresser was lovely but didn't listen to a word I said. Had to stop her going off and doing something random to my hair. Came away a bit disappointed with final look which was nothing like what I wanted.
