I had my treatment 11 days ago by the superb Dr Alosert, and am pretty happy so far. Firstly, the guidance and support given by Neelam in Bromley has been exceptional from the day I first enquired. She continued to be responsive and helpful after I'd agreed and paid, which shows her dedication and humanity. I've never felt scammed, rushed, or misled and always had the impression of professionalism and genuine care. She's been crucial to the whole experience so appreciate that. The surgery itself was daunting but the friendly and informative staff put me at ease. The guidance and information around the aftercare is pretty comprehensive and easy to follow. The proof in the pudding will come in future months, but early signs are promising and i'm really happy with the service I've received. I'd recommend for sure.
