Props to panny and ricky fantastic gym amazing equipment apart from moody bald little personal trainer with the hat negative no positives from him his names abz dibbie downer. found a new home in park view friendly more bubblier staff that smile and great you properly and make u feel welcome

VO2 is an amazing gym. I joined in November 2022 and I've been really impressed with the quality of the equipment, the cleanliness of the gym and friendliness and knowledge of the staff. They also have loads of classes throughout the week with great instructors that will keep you motivated towards your fitness goal. The changing rooms are also very well fitted and maintained with sufficient lockers, showers and mirrors. I've been to most of the gyms in the local Palmers Green area and VO2 stands clear of them all as the best gym experience. I would highly recommend joining and wish I joined earlier myself. Lewis
