The Fit Factory

Joining the Fit Factory has been the best decision I made a year ago. Andreas and Chris made me and my husband feel very comfortable very quickly and made us part of the Fit Factory family. They both are very friendly, approachable, knowledgable and always at hand to give any support and advice. All the staff from behind the counter and including all the trainers have been amazing. I really enjoy all my classes with Andreas, Chris,Hillary, Joe,Jeff, Nassia and Adem. The boxing classes have been one of the biggest attractions at the fit factory. This has been the first time at the fit factory that I started boxing and Ive learnt so much. Andreas and Chris make sure they get you involved no matter what level you are at. Monty has been a great PT and Ive noticed a significant improvement in my fitness and strength. During my PT sessions with Monty, he really motivated me and pushed me to work harder with weight training to achieve my goals Im now in the best shape,physically and mentally that Ive even been in! I would highly recommend the Fit Factory to anyone considering joining.

I highly recommend Monty as a PT if you go here. Hes very understanding and pushes you to do your best without the extra unnecessary pressure you typically get at a gym. Its a very friendly environment with even friendlier people like Monty to help you. Thank you!

Been going for over a month now and massively recommend! The facilities and training are top notch, with a great cafe too for any pre/post workout food and drink. My trainer Alex is fantastic and I definitely recommend! Whether youre looking for fitness or boxing skills, youll be pleased with the results 100%
