        This gym was recommended to me and it is brilliant. I had never enjoyed exercising previously but can honestly say I have loved my sessions here and look forward to each one! Scott is really knowledgable, professional, kind and will always give you his time and be there to answer any questions. I've learned huge amounts and am grateful to Scott. Highly recommended.

        I have been training with Scott for 2 months now and I have never enjoyed exercising so much! I have always found previous gyms quite intimidating but from my very first session Scott put me at ease. He goes above and beyond for his clients, is professional and extremely knowledgable. He makes exercising fun and I would highly recommend SP Athletic to anyone!
