Aspire at Southfields

Lovely place, great facility but extremely poor customer service! I had to wait 20 minutes over the phone to just book one session. Staff at the front desk are poorly trained. They give you misleading information. They make up instant company policies over the phone.

Ive been to quite a lot of archery classes here and can happily say that the experience is always good. The instructor is incredibly knowledgeable and approachable. He helps people of all levels and seems to have limitless patience. The equipment is generally good quality, a bit old or worn perhaps but perfectly serviceable and safe - and free to use. The general staff are all friendly and helpful as well. I can't comment on any of the other facilities or classes however.

I'm a fan of open shoot archery. Instructor gives you attention and good tips how to improve your shooting skills.
