Better Gym Teddington

The best gym I've been to....with a sauna and steam facility. The team are excellent, highly professional, excellent facilities, very nice relaxed, focused with all equipment needed, without overcrowding. Naz is the manager, very friendly, lovely lady. Miriam, one of the trainers was very welcoming , friendly, and also lovely. im very grateful i found this space to train and relax in. Many thanks

For the price you pay for this gym - you get what you pay, so no big expectations really. The only downside which is realy annoying and needs ro be sorted - smell in females changing room. Its been there for years and nothing is done to eliminate it. It really put normal person off.

Awful gym. Yes its cheap, but you get what you pay for. Some of the main issues include: - it pretty much doubles up as a kids club from 3-6pm every day when a bunch of schoolchildren invade the place. I dont have an issue with young people using the gym but its an absolute swarm, plus a significant number of them are very young (9 or 10) - of the regular adult patrons, there is a total lack of gym etiquette. Think never de-racking bars, hogging equipment for ridiculous amounts of time etc - theres not enough of the key equipment (only two squat racks and one deadlift platform) so theres a lot of waiting around - the ceiling has been leaking for over six months without any sign of it being fixed. The current solution is to allow the leaking brown water to drain into buckets near the equipment Unfortunately Teddington is sorely lacking in gyms so I have no choice but to continue coming here. If you do have the luxury of choice then avoid like the plague.

I like the gym and the classes. But I can't shower there, my hair looks greasy after I wash it there.
