        Always been a decent small gym and recent re-decorating and plans for new equipment installations make it better.

        Very average. Dirty, and half the machines or showers don't work. Only see the staff if a pretty girl is training.

        Simple gym. It is a friendly and diverse environment with clients of all ages and body types. Good instructors and good range of classes. Smallish so no space for extra facilities like a swimming pool. I mainly wish there were windows to let air in and natural light in the studio.
