For the 'premium' price this branch charges, it's unacceptable not to be open on weekends (the excuse of 'landlord conditions ' doesn't wash, as this was previously open on Saturdays under the LA Fitness brand). Please ensure either this branch or Tower Hill are opened on weekends (you're at risk of losing business to the new Anytime Fitness open 24/7 in Aldgate). Cleaning isn't up to scratch in this branch, and general maintenance is a bit lacklustre.

Gym is okay my main problem is the dumbell rack is always super messy and the some of the dumbells have the weights drawn on with pen which isnt amazing.
