The gym is oversubscribed! We cant get on machines. Having a PT is pointless at times when equipment isnt free so the PTs are also losing clients. Its just a very obvious money making scheme.
It used to be a really good place but I feel terribly sad for the people who work there and the culture pure gym has.
As soon as another gym options. As Im sure there will be with the units available, Ill happily transfer to that gym. I know this is a view across the gym.

Overall this place is amongst one of the best PureGym places I have visited.
Update no still staff, my pin was not letting me back in when I went to get something outside the gym.
Well the puregym has no customer service number to contact someone and no staff in the gym, imagine been outside of nowhere in leggings and crop top with all your clothes and belongings locked in the gym in the middle of the night thats what has happened to me on the 25/04/23 and I am just sitting there trying to email the Puregym till my home died. This is not safe, well I still believe it is a good gym, but safety wise not a good place to be unless you are ready to brave the cold and walk half naked through one of the massive park Beckton has.
Always have a backup plan, Just in case your phone battery!!
