        This is a really great gym. Lots of very good equipment, and all at a very reasonable price. The staff are very friendly and it is always kept extremely clean

        Fantastic gym. You get the experience of a fancy London gym/fitness club but its really affordable. Nice touches like neon light fixtures and personal changing rooms/showers make it a great experience. Great classes with brilliant trainers. The trainers take the time to know the members and are friendly and welcoming. I especially love the 30 min lunch time circuit classes or 45 min spin classes, quick but intense and effective workouts that are as good as the pricey pay as you go classes at the big franchises in central London.
