        Really nice place actually, clean and tidy, they have everything you need for the classes they do. The yoga instructor was very good, I'm sure the other coaches are too from what I see. 1st class today, I'll definitely sign up!

        I found MFB to be an excellent place with a friendly, fun, and energetic atmosphere. The facilities are clean, well stocked, and well maintained. The instructors are dedicated and always positive in their approach toward each student. I especially appreciated the BJJ/Yoga classes and how often the instructors focus on technical progressions focused on improving my skills in areas where I am weakest. In short- MFB is a great environment with great people that I am glad to be part of.

        A gem of a place hidden close to West Hampstead, High St. Highly recommend checking it out, especially the BJJ and Yoga.
