Joined in June in Orpington brunch and the staff at the time made me feel very comfortable with the equipment and programme. The opening hours were restrictive however promises were made that this would be back to normal and camera system installed. 5 months later and still waiting for more availability to use the gym and still having to plan gym time around them and not my work / life balance. Happy to take your money but not deliver on promises, no response to emails asking for actual dates or my complaints and today found the gym closed with no explanation on the one day they are supposed to be available. Very quick to text me with their promotions though!! Will not be renewing my membership as not prepared to waste my money

I have been going here for many years and love that it is ladies only . You are given personal workout exercises which change every 8 weeks so you can progress further . I find the prices are competitive and the opening hours fit into my lifestyle. . The staff are amazing and you can ask them anything and also have a good laugh with them too . Also they extend your contract because of covid so you dont lose out . It was so lovely going back and meeting up with people again .
