The gym is generally very clean and not too busy during the day. The staff are great - very polite and helpful. My main issue, which I've mentioned a couple of times now to the staff, is that the music is incredibly loud (and, in my view, oppressive). More than 75% of people on both floors of the gym have earphones/headphones on - that means that they are not interested in "gym music" being pumped out of the powerful speakers. To the staff's credit, the music was turned down when I asked last week, but I don't want to have to ask every time. It's a real disincentive to going to / staying in the building. Other than that, it would be good to have some more plyo boxes downstairs - the options are pretty limited.

Very high quality gym. Includes coffee machine and sitting area, changing rooms and showers do not envi a good quality hotel
