        Everytime I call them, the call gets declined, I keep messaging on my journal and get no response and they have the guts to withhold my UC payment. No response for almost a week.

        Deborah blond lady with medium length hair and her menager on duty who name was Wendy apparently not to sure for the spelling here. Were extremely rude and unprofessional this morning on Friday 17th of February. Deborah didn't check nothing on the computer to give me an explanation or any proof also she said that it's her decision didn't update my discount for bus and trams as Im updating my oyster every 6 month and doing this since my son was born in June 2021. I'm a single mum and need help with oyster to travel to work. I'm doing only 2 days and it's less than part time,,so I left this morning very upset and dawn,, and feeling like I was discriminate because I wasn't born in this country.
