        Hi I ve just been helped from a guy called Alex, he was very helpful, funny and patient. I had lots of statement to provide and he did the best for me to solve everything. Thanks a lot. My experience here today was 10/10

        Not sure the gentleman's name who was at the front. What a failure of customer service. I went in as I was told I am eligible for a travel card for the tube. The man told me it doesn't exist and made me sign up for something else. He was also extremely rude and dismissive. I have confirmed with other members of Jobcentre Plus and this man was in the wrong and had no idea what he was talking about. This took 4 hours and money out of my day. So disappointed. I wish I had caught his name. I was there on Friday 15/7.

        The worse job centre ever the staff are rude John on 3rd floor should not be working there doesnt know how to treat his clients at all I hope he gets removed
