        Today, I had visited the JC; upon entering i found the GTR staff very intimidating, one of the male staff told me I couldn't have my hot drink in the building, i said to him I'll drink it in here quickly before i went upstairs for my appointment (i defo wasn't going back out to drink it in the freezing cold!). Also, they don't need to treat every person who walks through the door like a criminal! They need customer service training! It was better before when they were based at Dingwall Road.

        Met with Yvette today , such a lovely woman , was having trouble with my UC application , she helped me with everything , shes very kind , and left me feeling better about my situation :)

        The way this place has treated me and my baby is totally wrong. They said they would call you finalising our claim and today if when I was being paid. They haven't so now no money. No food to feed my baby or myself and this is totally messed up can't get through to them. Being fobbed off ever call I do no reply on my journal. This country has gone totally down hill, I have no one to help me and no way of getting food.
