Vile place. A racist sometimes at the door takes pleasure at making people uncomfortable. Police were called after clear racism by female white manager at the door. Nothing happened. She still works there. They will not even give her name. Vile place vile people work there. Harrow deserves better. Assisted someone with benefit interview in Harlesden Jobcentre. Worlds apart in terms of service and humanity experiences in hrlsden. Harrow job Center are dogs

What an awful place!!! I can't understand why all the staff are so rude and awkward. I came to help a friend who's English isn't great. I wanted to support my friend but they made it clear I wasn't needed. Horrible horrible people!!!

Understandably we all have very low expectations of govt services but this one is particularly tragic. Not only is it inexplicably difficult to get in touch with people, but when you do; the information provided is inconsistent, with no time frames given and zero urgency or care for your situation. After several calls ( most with a minimum wait of 40 minutes) to different departments as each person will tell you that's not their department, I have been told that they will deal with my request at their leisure.

It's a job centre , nothing special. I go here when I got appointments , today though (Wednesday 1st February) was the worst day & a nightmare , let me explain I was going to see Cherry today but appointment was cancelled due to tube strike & staff at job centre said due to tube strike lack of staff that was a big lie as I checked the service in the morning & tfl lines are running as normal. I was told by Jayshree I got a appointment though it not showed on my universal Credit so I went with my mum & spoke to someone but there was some missunderstanding as next appointment is 15th February & after explaining the issue , they seem not to care & was asked to leave & I went home. My mum & I were very annoyed . Later we complained on the journal but seems like so far not helping . How I & my mum was treated today was totally out of order. Sorry for this bad review but this must have been the first time this has happened before so I had to share. Apart from this bad experience , the building it self is sometimes too hot . I understand people can have a mix of a bad days or good days but today experience was dreadfull. I got to say Cherry my regularly job coach is helpful & understands me. KEN I hope when I next attend there wont be a issue.
