Niche Gluten-free Dining

Im posting based on two separate dining experiences at Niche. I have celiac disease so going to a fully gluten free establishment is exciting. My first experience was not so great - I got a pie and it was ice cold in the middle. It was obviously frozen and reheated when ordered but I was too embarrassed to say anything and I should have. My second experience was much better - we ordered roasts and these were absolutely delicious and piping hot.

Had the pleasure of dining here on 2/5/23. The space is modern and has a good vibe. Walked in at 8.30 and were seated within minutes. Starters were NFC bucket, bread, doughnuts and the ptOH MY GOD!! The pt was amazing, I wish we could have bought a load to take home. Beer braised short rib and slow cooked rump for mains with a side of Mac and cheese. Short rib was literally falling apart, so tender! Cannot recommend that enough. Desserts of chocolate mousse and caramel pudding. Every bite from the crispy doughnuts, the tender chicken, the creamy mushroom pt, the beef (OH THE BEEF), the creamy truffle mash, the fluffy new potatoes with the perfect bite, the sugary caramel sauce, the perfect set mousse was just a delight. Wine was decent enough, we opted for a Ctes du Rhne which suited the meats quite perfectly but they have a very good selection and GF beers available. Service was fantastic, knowledgable and speedy without any fuss. Due to ordering a lot they kindly pushed two tables together for us to fit everything without being cramped which was a very nice touch. Cannot recommend this restaurant enough!!

We had a great time. Service was really good and the food was amazing. Took someone whos had a hard time finding decent gluten free food. Definitely going back
