Quite unfriendly staff working here sometimes - Charles on the top floor out of nowhere told me I dont qualify for 20 pounds discount when I was paying that I didnt even ask about. He looked annoyed and was talking to me in an angry manner. All I did was try to buy some apple headphones and I didnt need his 20 pounds, so felt quite attacked for no reason. Then he forgot to remove the security protection off the headphones, meaning I had to go all the way back up again. He mumbled an apology in quite an angry manner. Shame as I use this John Lewis a lot but often find staff quite unprofessional on the top floors.
