Require paperwork that other locations don't require. Unhelpful, uncooperative reception staff. Waste of time coming here for a blood test.

Terrible. The building looks like something out of a Russian horror movie from 1940, with receptionists to match. Service is terrible. You can never get through by phone, and if you do - they will try their best to fob you off. Doctor's notes & reports are delayed and avoided as a matter of principle, no reasons given, and once somebody responds (after like a 4 weeks delay) the answer is "sorry we don't do those". Avoid. Go private. Costs a bit more but at least you keep your sanity.
