They have recently introduced the most uncaring and inhuman system for booking any kind of appointment, even for an urgent appointment for a child. You are sent a link to fill in an online form that then says you will be contacted in 2 days. I have a sick child at home for the second time in two weeks, crying in pain and with a temperature and I am unable to speak to a doctor but diverted to an online for that someone will eventually look at when they finally get to it. They cannot have introduced this based on patient feedback.

De Jezierski is a really kind doctor who showed tremendous empathy and emotional intelligence when communicating with my 3 year old daughter. It is clear that he loves his job and is very good at it too. I highly recommend him!

8 years living in the area and always had to queue 2 weeks + for an appointment. Ridiculous management, NHS is certainly a waste of money. Rather go private! Ridiculous!

I am very satisfied with the services of this center. Why should I give private information about my illness and symptoms to the reception in the first step so that they give me appointment ? Why should the receptionist tell me that if you have pain, go to the pharmacy and get painkillers, that means I don't understand when I should go to the doctor and when to the pharmacy.I am very unhappy that every time I have to give information about my illness or my child's illness, which is a private matter, to the reception first. In my opinion, this behaviour is probably because my English is not very good, and otherwise, I don't believe that anyone except a doctor is allowed to ask british people about the illnes and symptoms and give suggestions. If this is only happening to me, I'm sorry for the racist look of receptions in this centre .
