        Had a great experience with Dr Helen Wyatt, not visited a Doctor in over a decade and was quite nervous attending but she made me feel reassured and was extremely knowledgeable and caring.

        Impossible to make an appointment in person after 2 years of being registered to this practice. Only good for collecting public money

        I had a negative experience with Dr.Thomas, she refused to prescribe me anti-biotics even though I just came out of surgery a week ago. Didnt throughly explain why she couldnt prescribe it, and hung up on me after I said so youre going to leave me for dead then? She claimed that this statement was extremely rude. I dont think its professional for a doctor to take a statement like that personal, shes obviously going through something in her personal life because it didnt make sense for her to be offended. Save yourself and a find a GP that actually cares about your wellbeing, even the receptionist hung on me too so clearly its a pattern they like to repeat here.
