Absolute nightmare trying to order my repeat prescription. Phoned 5 times in a week and was told each time yes, your medication has gone through and will be ready to pick up and each time it wasnt. Ive now gone a month without it and theres been no follow through. Shocking service.

I went to drop off urine sample, I was waiting at the reception this Asian female receptionist was unwilling to get up from her comfort seat. When she saw the urine sample her eyes rolling. The surgery practice manager should keep close monitoring on reception staff to improve the services.

One terrible surgery to avoid at all cost! You need to speak to a GP, staff forward you to a pharmacy, WHY ?!? You didn't want to speak to a pharmacist anyway.. Bring on Dr Duffy or Dr Batra to sort out your problems any day, these people are clowns, not customer service agents...

Cant wait for the day where these pretentious receptionists lose their jobs to automated robots and AI. They talk to you as if their dads own the practice and are so patronising in their responses. Its also great that the practice hires their local underprivileged women to take on roles as their receptionist but they are equally worse; simply hanging the phone up when they cant answer any queries and when called back; they pretend theyre having issues with their telephone line. Ultimately, trying to get an appointment via these illiterates is already as same as interacting with an automated AI. Might as well action this and get rid of these useless employees and implement such systems as thats what it feels like when interacting with them. They will literally listen (when not hanging up) to you dying on the phone and tell you to call back tomorrow. No common sense on prioritising key patients. Number 1 on the call waiting list but took 40mins to get through? Who are you doughnuts on the phone to for this long and I can barely get 20 seconds call time when connected before being hanged up on. Fake phone queue and unbothered receptionists only coming into work to gossip. These practices need to start hiring receptionists who do their job as a passion and not these bums that have taken this role as a last resort as they cant do anything else in life. OR at least train them in basic customer service etiquette with added EQ as they cant even convey any of it. This review is not even deserving of one star.
