Deptford Medical Centre

Jan 2023 - This is the 2nd FAKE appointment now that has been booked by the staff. The first was for a person to person health check up appointment on a Saturday morning - when I arrived, the centre was closed. The second was for a physio appointment by telephone this morning - I questioned the validity of an appointment on a bank holiday, but was assured 100% that someone would call. Guess what, I have been waiting for three hours now and no-one has called me, and the medical centre is closed of course, as it is a bank holiday, so I can't even chase it up!!! I am fuming!!!! Mar 2023 - UPDATE - I received a call and an apology from the practise manager. We discussed my concerns which I was surprised about, and even steps were taken to resolve the issues that I had raised which I was very pleased about. So I have updated my rating from one star to three stars.

Useless. Have been contacting me for years under the guise that my mobile number belongs to one of their patients despite being repeatedly told otherwise. I SUGGEST YOU CHECK MR VELDMANS CONTACT DETAILS ARE CORRECT.

Honest opinion : Reception service was outstanding, Lovely staffs, very helpful with a relaxed positive attitude , Doctors & nurses in the surgery doing their great job I have seen & spoke GP every time I needed and GPs gave me correct therapy called me with the results they go above and beyond to give a great service.I can only say Thank you . Feeling glad I chose this surgery.

Very hard to get through on the phone. Can't get face to face appointment with doctor even though I have an ongoing skin condition which is causing me severe pain & distress. Unhelpful staff making promises & the doctor went home & never rung me even though I waited all day. Surgery has gone downhill. Have been a patient there for 45 years. Not recommended.
