Over from the USA and my husband needed an emergency prescription. We were able to get a telephone appointment within two hours of booking. Minutes after the appointment, the prescription was emailed. Cost 35 pounds. Efficient and reasonably priced, the whole process was so much easier than I had been expecting. Covid Recovery Certificate came quickly, and they even called back to address some queries. I would advise to maybe not link the certificate to a specific travel destination as people may want to use it for different countries/purposes. The company appeared very dodgy to me as they do not have a phone number available. After speaking to them I learnt that they had to remove this number as they couldnt cope with the number of calls as they are a very small company! Very friendly and helpful.
