Disgusting GP and awful staff. They need to recruit efficient and caring receptionist. Also if you have children honestly Id recommend you to find a better practice that wants to help and honest in medical care. They just diagnose you with anything just to get rid of you.

This GP has gotten worse over time and it is seriously impacting the support and help that you receive. They rarely provide appointments. You have to call at 8am and you're instantly in a queue. You are then told to call back. They do not contact you with results even though they say they will. They do not book the correct appointments resulting in missed and incorrect appointment dates and times. It used to be decent but they clearly do not care any ore. They rush you and try to give you medication that you can't take or that will make you sick. They send you to other GP's which are out of the area I would not recommend

Reception staff here are absolutely appalling. Called in today and spoke to a man called Kyrone. He was rude, dismissive, interrupted me on multiple occasions during the call, was huffing and puffing and even hung up the line on me. If this is how the GP staff treat their sick patients all I can say is wow. Improvements need to be made because the treatment I received this evening was absolutely disgusting and disappointing.

About a week ago,I was seen by a black female doctor. I felt like she was being dismissive and unprofessional. She also didnt help me much with my concerns. I was advised to just keep an eye and come back if I had new symptoms. The pain continued so I then rebooked a new appointment with the HCA who was most helpful. The receptionist was also very lovely and helped me book this appointment. The HCA made me feel at ease and examined me thoroughly. She referred me to the breast clinic where I was seen by professionals and given the right treatment for my problem. My first encounter with the gp was not great, but overall I am satisfied with my GP practice
