The carry out repairs work on behalf of the landlord. Their organisation is shambles, they have been sending workers to the flats every week for the past 6 months completely disorganised, very disruptive and with absolutely no respect for the tenants living in the properties. Moreover, the repairs have not bee done on time or even properly. They sent electricians to fix broken electrical things, they came changed all the lights and did not fix a single of the broken plugs. Someone was installing a doorbell system for 3 weeks (!) and on the end it doesn't work or they don't event send anyone to repair it. The list goes on. Absolute shambles, avoid at all costs.

They do the maintenance on the property I rent. Always very quick to fix any problems. Very efficient. Would recommend.

Our managing agents used this company to do repairs on our house when it was being let. We asked them for a quote for renovations after our longterm tenant left. After chasing them for 6 weeks, during which we were haemorrhaging money through lost rental income, we received a cheery e-mail telling us they were too busy to take on the job. Sorry it was too much trouble to tell us earlier. (It should have been a clue that they didn't bother to take any measurements or make any notes when they attended the property.)
