Saglio have serviced hot water systems in two previous properties of mine and now installed a new heater in a third. Very happy to recommend. Punctual, tidy and efficient and competitively priced.

Solid reliable service delivered in a timely manner. Customer service is efficient and friendly and my only criticism is that it'd be good to get a slighter narrow appointment window than 4 hours. However, that's likely the case with other companies too. All in all, though, I'd happily recommend Saglio to anyone.

Been using Saglio for 13 years, from School boiler installation to annual gas safety checks etc. Never had an issue yet!

Hey decided to upgrade my boiler a while back and decided to use this company. My wife was there on install day with them, and looking back i think they took advantage of her good nature. When i got home i called them back becuase they left old exposed pipes in the bathroom. And left white plastic pipes in our kitchen. Called the boss back who said he would fix foc. When i called back spoke to a lady who said there was going to be a charge. They did not have the good manners to speak to me or return any calls. This company was not cheap and i think they work to what suits themselves and not their customers.
