Howard is a brilliant plumber (and a lovely bloke) and will always make you aware of what he's doing and the best option to take - for you as a client, rather than the more expensive option that might provide the most work for him. We've had Howard doing all the plumbing work on last three properties we've been in, and wouldn't use anyone else.
