        Absolutely appalling customer care from start to finish. Weve had multiple last minute calls from this office claiming we havent done something by a deadline we knew nothing about. On the rare occasion weve actually been able to get through to someone in the office, insensitive comments have been made about the deceased and immediate family. The final straw has been learning theyve not collected the ashes from the crematorium when the funeral was held two weeks ago, and the only way we found this out is by going to the crematorium ourselves. Despite being a funeral directors they have done very little by way of directing, and have made an incredibly painful and sad process even more difficult. Shame on you. An official complaint is to follow.
