        Francis Chappell and Sons organized my husband's Celebration of Life. I have to say they did a perfect job. Everyone we worked with from the gentlemen who conveyed my husband from our home into the care of Francis Chappell to the representatives we met with at their offices were so kind, so patient, and so professional. There was never any sort of push or press for selling anything, it was all very much focused around giving us what we wanted, how we wanted it, and they worked very hard to get everything right for us. They had just the right amount of letting us take our time and giving us a gentle nudge to make sure the decisions we needed to make were made so nothing would be missed. I cannot speak highly enough of Francis Chappell and Sons, if you are going through a sad time of loss they will be there for you and help you every step of the way. We are very grateful.
