My grandma passed away and family made arrangements for the funeral to fit a Hindu ceremony. We were able to view her body in the chapel room yesterday (Monday 10 August 2020). I was in absolute and utter shock when I saw the chapel room facilities. The room was dark as a dungeon and whilst I appreciate these are dimly lite this was close to the light being off. It was extremely small. The chapel is not air conditioned and with it being 34 degrees it was a very difficult viewing. Asian funeral directors decided to stick a fan in the room. The entrance to the chapel room is a back street alley off a main road and there is limited parking. It was an already sad occasion but the lack of facilities made it worst. It was a terrible send off for my grandma. If you want to send your loved ones with dignity and respect avoid Asian funeral directors at all costs.
