The chapel is not air conditioned and with it being 34 degrees it was a very difficult viewing. Asian funeral directors decided to stick a fan in the room. The entrance to the chapel room is a back street alley off a main road and there is limited parking. It was an already sad occasion but the lack of facilities made it worst. It was a terrible send off for my grandma. If you want to send your loved ones with dignity and respect avoid Asian funeral directors at all costs.
