I have to say that having used Udens before and again more recently for my poor wifes funeral the level of professionalism and utter most empathy have far far exceeded our expectations. This company is truly family run and nothing no matter how small was ever a problem. They were courteous and caring through and after the whole process. I have left explicit instructions that upon my passing whenever that maybe I wish my sons to send me Udens Jason was fantastic along with Spencer and the wonderful celebrant Ruth. My wife would have been so proud she was treated with love and empathy and we thank the whole family of Uden and sons for their services x

All the family were impressed with the care and consideration and the professional and friendly nature of all the team and for providing our dear mum with such a lovely celebration of her life.

I recently helped to arrange a funeral for a dear friend and neighbour. Her family and friends were also actively involved in the arrangements. From our very first contact with Mr Tremelling at Udens, we were quite sure that his professionalism and competence, and even more importantly his understanding and thoughtfulness, would mean that the arrangements would go as well as we might hope for. Every subsequent contact with Mr Tremelling, and indeed with other members of staff at Udens, confirmed this. We were especially grateful for how smoothly the whole process was for us, and for Mr Tremelling's clear explanation of what we had to do and what we might expect. We were also grateful for the patience of Uden's staff in going through at least some of the details with us more than once and for keeping us informed every step of the way. The celebrant of course was always going to be central to the day. The celebrant suggested by Mr Tremelling was certainly the best choice for us, and reflected the approach that we think our friend would have preferred. The celebrant was extremely helpful in advising us on the form of the service and in the way he achieved exactly the right tone on the day. Every single aspect of this funeral, and the support, advice and service we received could not have been bettered. We are very grateful to the firm of Uden's and all of their staff for all they have done for our departed one.

A helpful and highly professional team ensured a smooth and dignified funeral service and committal. Uden took a good deal of stress away from my family at a very difficult point in time.
