Having had experiences with larger corporate Funeral Directors, Colin, Emma and team were a breath of fresh air. From helping us plan the perfect send off for our loved one, assisting in removal/ storage of a headstone already in place, arranging a horse drawn carriage as well as preparing and making sure our loved one looked his very best all in such a short space of time, the team did not miss a detail. Above all, Fisher Family funeral directors posses care and compassion towards their customers that most in the industry now lack- they genuinely made us feel like they took our funeral personally. Thank you all for being so supportive and giving grandad a send off that will be remembered for years to come.

*OUTSTANDING SERVICE* The loss that myself and family have experienced recently has brought devastating pain to us all, my son, my little boy who was loved more than the entire world and taken from us in the most awful and tragic way it has truly destroyed my life As you can imagine it was of the upmost importance that we had the right people taking care of him, fisher family was recommended to me by a friend so i hoped for the best and that is exactly what we got, I honestly couldn't be happier with the love and care that they provided for us all, so supportive they done absolutely everything to help with a service that was far from straight forward due to COVID restrictions changing a week before the service and me deciding to push everything back a week at the very last moment, frantically searching for a venue that would allow us more than a 30Mins service with just 30 people Emma really put the work in for us god bless her. They even accommodated visits with my son outside of working hours, literally bent over backwards to give us everything we asked for, I never heard the words "no sorry we can't do that" not once The funeral was the second hardest and most painful day of my life next to the day I lost him but it was beautiful! everything I wanted for him and Emma, collin and the boys where just perfect!! Beautiful souls who I couldn't of been happier with having involved in this heartbreaking process I pray that I never have to arrange another funeral but if I did I wouldn't even consider another service provider that's the honest truth Emma & Collin THANK YOU SOO MUCH!xxx

Having just lost my mum and never having to arrange a funeral, want sure where to go. I cannot recommend these highly enough. From the initial meeting to the day of the funeral they were professional, attentive, warm, kind.. literally no words can describe how fantastic Emma and Colin are. Nothing was a problem, they made sure my dear mum got a beautiful send off.
