With the guidance and advice from Mickey our stepfather had a wonderful send off. From the red rose left on mums doorstep to delivering us to his wake Albins were exceptional. Exceedingly professional, empathetic and extremely courteous and kind. Could not fault them and I have no hesitation in highly recommending them. I would definitely use them again. Thank you

Today was my Aunt's funeral. My mum (her sister) was particularly anxious for the day to go well. She shouldn't have worried. The service provided was exceptional. The staff were respectful, thoughtful, unobtrusive, kind, calm and professional. Some of the little touches such as placing a rose on the window sill of her house before the cars left and after the church service when we passed the funeral office on the way to the crematorium, Mickey Thorpe, the manager, was standing outside with his head bowed as the cars drove past. That was a touch of class and respect and I know that meant the world to my family. The lead director (unsure of the correct title to use) in particular was brilliant with my mum. He explained everything that was going to happen, was always there with a kind word and generally made everything run smoothly. The rest of the team were noticeable only when they were working, the rest of the time you barely knew they were there. That doesn't seem a lot, but that is a special talent and shouldn't be understated. I would like to thank you all for the service you provided. My mum was so pleased at how such a difficult day went without a hitch. I would recommend Albin & Sons without any hesitation at all. They are the very best I have come across.

Thank you for a superbly conducted day. The staff were of the utmost politeness. In particular the lead director, Michael was superb throughout directing with subtlety and of the utmost gravitas. My brother was extremely pleased for your kindness and thorough preparation.
