Please STAY AWAY, work with a professional firm in the industry!!! *The company is not RELIABLE *The promises they make lose their validity over time. *They do not protect the legal rights of their customers *Customer satisfaction is out of the question *I was harmed by the company. If false promises were not made, I could have filed a complaint in time. *By given the promises, the company got rid of me HASSLE FREE I wanted to bring a 4mX3m kiosk to England by DGS and IKRA logistic company (both company are sister firms). The kiosk had glass pieces, next to it, a chocolate machine, a refrigerator, and I added the list as a picture. The refrigerator was overturned and the top part was completely broken, glass pieces came smashed from the corners and unusable. The delivery was at night and In the morning couple of people in charge of the company came, the minutes were kept, the damage record completed by them and it was said that we would take care of it by the company!!! In the meantime, we had the broken windows made at very high prices in the UK, we renewed the broken wooden parts, the fridge was already gone... The shopping center imposed a penalty because we couldn't open it on time. Later, the company stated that they could not claim anything from the insurance because they did not create a claim on time, but THEY WOULD BE HAPPY TO HELP ME WITH MY NEW IMPORT. I didn't fight because they used a helpful language in this way because it was the being human condition. It's been a long time and I am the first time NOW to bringing transport from TR. I demanded my past compensation right from the company and the response I received was meaningful, "We can not able to carry, we can't help you". I am sharing their unprofessional response. I would like to express my disappointment. In their last message they said I was late and they remembered the problem! Unfortunately, they got the report themselves and ON TIME. I wonder how they can blame me for being late as I definitely complained on time!! The area was visited by the company on time too . The damage was reported less than 12 hours after delivery by the company!!! Thanks for reading
