Very unrealibe, very unprofessional. Does not reply to messages or phone calls. I am all for supporting black owned businesses but this company has failed to provide the service they advertise and therefore sad to say the competitor I'm sure would have done a better job. Very dishonest. My husband still has not received his work tools that were to be air freighted from London to Canada. They said it was sent on Oct 8th. They keep giving us the run around, cannot send us any proof that items were sent after we have asked multiple times and they have promised to send us a copy of the proof that items were sent multiple times. we are hearing today that it's not leaving London for another 3 days. It has been almost 3 weeks... I would never recommend this company to anyone. Go elsewhere people even if it cost you more

A bunch of cowboys who overcharged me by hundreds compared to their competitors and sold me invalid insurance. My shipment arrived not only damaged, but with items missing. To this day the company has not followed through on my emails or phone calls. They basically took my money and left me high and dry, and having to buy back items that couldn't be salvaged. No conscience whatsoever!
