It was my first time using Carib Shipping so didn't know what to expect. They were great. Answered my numerous queries and everything arrived door to door. I would recommend and definitely use you guys again. Thank you so much, for such a professional service, albeit, I was somewhat nervous sending Barrells to Jamaica but everything turned out just fine. Amazing service. Cannot thank you enough.

The experience all started off great. Quote and pick up of furniture for shipping to Jamaica were quick. They deal with the paperwork as stated. It all started going wrong when the items were to be cleared at the wharf in JA. The damage was hard to believe. If there was a space here to include photos I would. Legs broken off, holes in the sides of others. Caribshipping didnt want to accept the responsibility for the damage. Said the damages werent covered by insurance. Said they were investigating, but failed to provide the evidence of their investigation as was requested on many occasions. In the end only offered repay about 30% of the money the were paid for the shipping. I asked to have all the money repaid at once, but was told it can only be done in three instalments. It took the best part of 10 months to get the whole matter concluded. Ten frustrating months of unanswered emails and unanswered questions. Totally unprofessional attitudes by all but one person that we had contact with. Customer service is not high on their list of priority. Id send emails and follow up emails to the manager which just gets ignored as if we did have the right to ask for information or compensation. I like the idea of supporting our own people in business, but sad to say I have no intention of ever using this company for anything in the future. As usual customer service at its finest at Caribshipping. Potential customers, please take note of the calibre of people you will have to deal with if anything were to go wrong while doing business with this company. Im not even mad at this response from you guys. Am I surprised? Hardly! You can try to discredit me as best as you can. The petty name calling, is just further evidence to lack of professionalism within this business. The level of incompetence is baffling, took them four months to reply to an unfavourable review and they still managed to mess that up too. Seb, Im not mad at you. Just know that you can do better than trying to belittle me. It smells of desperation.
