Contacted Hyundai Upminster and spoke to Ian who I found very helpful. I expressed interest in a model that wasn't at their branch, put a deposit and had an appointment to see Ian and a following appointment later in the week to test drive once the car had arrived from the Milton Keynes branch. The day of the first appointment Ian informed me they were getting the car to the site that day so I could test drive. I found Ian to be very knowledgeable, professional and has constantly communicated and answered all my questions. At no point did I feel pressured to purchase. He has gone above and beyond providing an excellent service and very thoroughly showing me around the car and it's features. If you are looking for a Hyundai whether new or used I highly recommend visiting the Upminster branch
