Moccis Ltd

Utterly disappointing. I carefully measured my son's feet and bought the appropriate size Moccis for him. They arrived promptly and were lovely in terms of style and composition, however they soon slipped off his feet. I continuously pulled them back on in the hope that they would stay put and give his feet that much needed grip/warmth. Unfortunately, that was not to be the case. I then decided that perhaps I had bought a size too big, so I ordered the size below. Once again, they arrived promptly and were a lovely design, but they too slipped off in a matter of minutes. I contacted Moccis in the hope that I might be doing something wrong, and get some tips. The response was very quick, but once we established that they weren't going to stay on, I requested a refund for the smaller size (which has barely been worn). This was declined, which I thought was a poor show of faith and customer service. Especially as I was willing to keep one of the two pairs. Overly expensive and utterly useless. Disappointing.
